Responsibilities:

• Act as a product expert, product evangelist, and the voice of the customer.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, analyze customer feedback, and

define priorities.

• Create and manage product backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Test and validate software delivered by the development team to ensure it meets

requirements and quality standards.

• Guide stakeholders in using the product and support maintenance tasks as needed.

• Analyze metrics to monitor customer satisfaction, product performance, and areas for

improvement.

• Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of the insurance domain is highly preferred.

• Experienced in business analysis and implementation of digital finance solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to facilitate discussions with

stakeholders and development teams.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
